Saturday !! Musky opener today, boys have been fed and kicked off the dock and we'll see how the day goes, eh ? Sunny and warm so weather won't be a factor (hopefully) I have decided to make up my own weather reports and so far I am doing better than the weather guy. The Bass guys have been seeing a lot of Muskies this week so hopefully now that you can boat and photo them we will see some nice fish, would be great to meet or exceed last year as it was one of the best I remember. The Belgian and Dutch guys had an awesome fall last year. Well hurry up and wait now.
This young man will be back at the end of June and hopefully Grandpa can duplicate this again !!

Wind and rain today, temperatures have dropped into the low 60's. A cold front was the last thing the Oklahoma boy's needed. Bass are starting to move in on Crow, they have seen several schools but water temp's may cause them to back off a bit. Top water in the bay was 61'F yesterday. They have had great success on 2 of our smaller lakes with Smallmouth and really got into a lot of Northern's on Whitefish yesterday. Looks like the rest of the week will be nice with some heat coming. And because Musky opener is not until Saturday and we have no new pictures, here is a snap of my Red Drum from Texas .

We've had a busy spring with lots of painting and siding for the cabins. Cabin 1 got new windows and a new shower stall. Cold front rolled in today with rain, hope it doesn't screw up the bass fishing. Musky hunters will be here Friday night and take off from the dock early Saturday, so hope to post some pictures then. Here are some cabin/lodge pictures for now.
